My personality is optimistic, cheerful, and enthusiastic. My job is to run a bar, which requires making numerous decisions. From the positioning and decoration style of the bar to the procurement of alcoholic beverages and employee management, I have full confidence in my judgment and decision-making ability. When choosing the theme style of a bar, I prefer industrial style, retro style, or fashionable modern style. My personality should be more traditional and fashionable. I run two bars in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and now my daughter is responsible for the daily operation of the bars, including managing the staff such as bartenders, waiters, and security guards. My current job is more to ensure that the bar has enough manpower during business hours to provide high-quality services, and to handle documents with the government, making working hours easier
