I love stretching! And here are a few reasons, the first one is that I’m not a little girl anymore, and sometimes my back just begs for it, otherwise I won’t be able to straighten up and I’ll look like an old trough, lol.
Well, secondly, since I work a lot in the gym, I need to relax my muscles, and stretching helps a lot with this.
