I am an energetic girl. I like to create my own schedule by myself)) 😻In the evening I always choose to have dinner with my family. It is important for me to spend time with the people close to me. They energize me. I think you too have caught yourself thinking that you need a kind of meditation, so for me running is this kind of relaxation. I like to run in the mornings at the nearest park near my house. I'm an early bird, so I wake up early.
