But in addition to the energy of movement, I value moments of relaxation and self-care: warm massage sessions, cozy evenings in the spa, when you can forget about everything and just enjoy the moment. Music and creativity occupy an important place in my soul – I love singing karaoke, composing poems and songs, expressing my feelings in melodies and words. I know how to find a balance between an active life and cozy moments of peace, enjoying every moment.
